A block of rooms has been set aside for the nights of Saturday June 13th through Tuesday June 16th at the Kendall Hotel, within walking distance of the symposium venue. As a courtesy, the hotel will also extend the block rate beyond the 16th for anyone staying during the conference dates (subject to availability).

The block rate of $279 is based on a minimum two-night stay. The rate is for a standard room (single or double occupancy) with full American buffet breakfast and high-speed internet access. The entire hotel is non-smoking. Secure parking is available for a fee.

Registrations can be made directly from the Kendall Hotel web site, using the promational code ESD (must be in all caps) to get the special rate.

Guests can also call the hotel directly at 1-866-566-1300 or 1-617-577-1300 to make reservations, and request the MIT "Engineering Systems Symposium" to be extended the group rate. The special rate will be guaranteed through May 8th, and is subject to availability afterwards.
