CESUN was
established in 2004 by universities offering educational and research
programs in engineering systems. CESUN membership includes over
30 universities
in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. The Council provides
a mechanism for the member universities to work together developing
engineering systems as a field of study.
INFORMS
is the largest professional society in the world for professionals
in the field of operations research (O.R.). The society serves
the scientific and professional needs of O.R. educators, investigators,
scientists, students, managers, and consultants, as well as the
organizations they serve, by such services as publishing 12 scholarly
journals that describe the latest O.R. methods and applications
and a membership magazine with news from across the profession.
INCOSE’s
mission is to advance the state of the art and practice of systems
engineering in industry, academia, and government by promoting
interdisciplinary, scalable approaches to produce technologically
appropriate solutions that meet societal needs.
IEEE is the world’s largest professional association dedicated to advancing technological innovation and excellence for the benefit of humanity. IEEE and its members inspire a global community through IEEE's highly cited publications, conferences, technology standards, and professional and educational activities. The IEEE Systems Council integrates IEEE activities regarding aspects of multiple disciplines and specialty areas associated with the engineering of systems.
