Joseph Coughlin and Newt Gingrich co-chaired the Emerging Technologies and Healthcare Innovations Congress Leadership Forum December 2, 2004 On November 29, 2004, in Washington D.C., Joseph Coughlin of the MIT AgeLab co-chaired a Summit Leadership forum with Newt Gingrich and Willis Goldbeck at the Emerging Technologies and Healthcare Innovations Congress. The forum addressed the promise and impact of technologies in healthcare, and aimed to influence public policy and industrial innovations that may help shape the future of aging. CEO level professionals from industry and government were amongst the audience members of this invitation-only forum.
