Designing complex systems and a family of products
efficiently, quickly, and with minimum cost is vital to
success in today’s industry. At Xerox, current research
in complex systems design is focused on printing system
architecture design for modularity, optimum partition and
interface definition, while minimizing modularity overheads
and change propagation due to unforeseen future system changes.
