If you are interested in contributing, please bring a new, unwrapped, non-violent toy (around in value $10 would be great!) to the TPP Lounge E40-380 on December 9,10 or at the ESD study break December 13 (also in TPP lounge 12:30). 

If you are interested in contributing, but do not have time to shop for a toy, Toys for Tots also accepts monetary donations.  These donations can be dropped off to Yoko Urano, TPP Administrative Assistant, Room E40-369.

Infrastructure Systems Seminar

This weekly seminar, held on Mondays through October 25, 2004, will be closely related to the preparation of the NSF Engineering Research Center proposal, due in November.

Both the NSF proposal and the seminar are next step initiatives following the Engineering Systems Symposium.  We will explore common methodologies, approaches, and frameworks for the planning, design, and operation of network-based infrastructure systems. The focus will be on four infrastructure systems: air transport, ground transport, electric power, and communications.
