Executive Vice President, Operations

As Executive Vice President, Operations, Mr. Martore is charged with life cycle management of customer operations and development across CALIBRE’s service offerings in the areas of strategic planning and decision support; installation and land management; and environmental, safety and risk management.

Mr. Martore joined CALIBRE in March 2004, as part of the acquisition of Strategic Management Initiatives, Inc. (SMI) which he co-founded in 1997. Prior to joining CALIBRE, he was President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SMI, named to the Inc. 500 List as one of America’s fastest growing private companies in both 2002 and 2003. Mr. Martore was also a Principal founder and President of Management Strategies, Inc., and also served as a Senior Vice President of Tenera Corporation. Prior to these executive positions, he served at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

Mr. Martore received his B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and an M.B.A. from George Washington University.
