Issues in Technology and Policy Seminar Series:

About the Series:
Advances in technology present many interesting opportunities and risks, sometimes upsetting the status quo. Policy issues at the public and private levels involve the application, commercialization, and control of technologies. This seminar series will explore selected issues in technology and policy, including examples such as the politics of technology and its management, assessing technology in large complex systems, and the interplay between technology, law, and politics around "disruptive technologies."

Seminars:

"Air Pollution, Transportation, and Land Use in Mexico City: Addressing Technology and Policy in Complex, Large, Integrated, Open Systems (CLIOS)"
Joseph Sussman, Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Engineering Systems, and Rebecca Dodder, Doctoral Candidate in Technology, Management and Policy
