Professor Richard de Neufville to receive the Francis X. McKelvey Award August 28, 2008 The Transportation Research Board has selected Professor Richard de Neufville to receive the Francis X. McKelvey Award. This award honors Prof. de Neufville’s extensive work in the aviation industry as a researcher, educator and mentor. Prof. de Neufville will receive the award at a Transportation Research Board Ceremony on January 12, 2009.
