Finalist in New England Business and Technology Association

On
June 18, Dr. Joseph Coughlin, Director of MIT AgeLab,
was been named one of 20 finalists in the New England Business
& Technology Associations "New England Business
and Technology Awards" program at its 2003 Technology-Enabled
Business Summit. He was one of 900 nominees for the award.
The
"New England Business and Technology Awards" program
recognizes New England business and technology leaders who
have made significant strides in the development, deployment
or utilization of information and Internet technology in business,
academia or the public sector. "Chosen from large and
small businesses across all industries, these twenty finalists
are all innovators who are successfully advancing the reality
and the benefits of the technology-enabled
business," said New England Business and Technology
Association president Tom Hopcroft.
