This talk will discuss the development of a decision analytic model to estimate the incremental cost-effectiveness ratios and net benefits of risk management options for polio (specifically future vaccination, surveillance, response plans, and containment) for the 20-year period following global eradication of wild polioviruses. The model stratifies the world according to World Bank income levels to capture important variability between nations, and it includes consideration of uncertainty in key input parameters that facilitate discussions about robustness of the key insights
